The count is a budget conversation, not a heatmap. Walk the house after you move the router.

Assumptions

Assumed coverage is 1,500 sq ft per access point for drywall, 1,000 for plaster, 800 for brick, and 500 for concrete, on the same floor. Total area is split across the floors you enter.

Methodology

These factors are planning assumptions for a first sketch. Furniture, metal, and neighbors change the result.
